NOTHING IS PROS HERE THEY ARE THE WORST EVER
Cons
The management is pretty bad. For about a year working here they have fired 15 people not only that additional 5 people resigned because of the bad culture there. They are saying that there application is good but actually it hangs or crashes casually. Also, they uses a 90's programming language that is pretty much out of date a decade ago.

Pros
* Company has been around for a long time, relatively stable. * General culture is pretty positive. * Working with some great minds. * An okay jumping-off point for a career. * Anne is a great resource and very knowledgeable.
Cons
* A lot of outdated technologies in play. * A sometimes absurd amount of micromanagement and staff surveillance. * Some incidents of incredibly inappropriate behaviour from management, the nature of which I choose not to disclose. * Said incidents being swept under the rug rather than addressed directly. This heavily influenced my decision to leave.
