Pros

Remote work Bonus structure exists Unlimited PTO (in theory)

Cons

Culture feels driven by fear and alignment with leadership rather than performance Accountability is inconsistent; some individuals are protected while others are held to different standards Employees who challenge ideas or bring differing perspectives are not always supported Feedback is often dismissed rather than used constructively Communication from leadership can feel unclear or inconsistent Low morale and limited trust across teams

Pros

Unlimited PTO and they closed for the week of Christmas.

Cons

Working at this company can be very demanding, both in pace and expectations. The executive team is extremely hands-on and closely involved with decisions across most departments, which some people may appreciate but others may find limiting. Leadership has been in place for a long time and tends to strongly favor its own direction, so suggestions that diverge from existing viewpoints don’t always gain much traction. This is also a culture where fit and alignment with leadership’s vision are critical; employees who don’t fully align may find their tenure shorter than expected.

Pros

- Excellent coworkers with great hearts who are passionate about the company - Everyone has a desire to improve the product and help the customers - Company Events feel like Family Reunions - Ideas and Improvements are Welcomed with little to no prejudice - Promotions USUALLY come from within and Career-Growth is encouraged regardless of qualifications or background

Cons

- There is a very well known fear of expressing honesty on surveys or in meetings by lower-level employees. - Corporate Politics are alive and well! If a member of the C-Suites disapproves of you, you WILL lose your job no matter your contribution. - Paranoia plays a huge role in how easy or difficult your job will be. You almost have to reassure your Boss of your loyalty very regularly. - The job is very stressful as the product is always experiencing issues so blame is shifted from department to department with little to no real resolve. - The workload is RIDICULOUSLY unbalanced. People who receive higher salaries usually have their work placed on lower paid, higher performing employees. - Certain leaders very seldom meet ANNUAL deadlines, yet hold unrealistic expectations for their direct reports to complete their personal tasks and the tasks of others.
