So many things could go wrong went wrong. Wrong leadership or lack of. Most unorganised organisation. No industry experienced head leaders. No true product. Only have existing offices and operation in 3 locations. No support from HR as there isn’t any in Singapore.

No leadership here, the bosses only like to boss ppl around. Micro manage you, even if you reply message or use your phone awhile also will get warning. They don't care if you work hard or smart, helping them to clear their work or overtime is take for granted. Everyone just like to push their work to you, only way to survive is to quit. Don't expect help, after I joined my Manager was ask to leave along with some ppl from HQ Australia. New boss was the one who give everyone the hard time, not even skilful or knowledge enough to takeover. Act like caring person, but keep pushing more work to you. No negotiation also, either you do it or you can quit.
