Pros

Nice Colleagues, Great team dinners and free products from training. Good customer service Great prices Good return policy

Cons

Management leaves a lot to be desired. A lot of inequality in the company. ie there is a lot of favoritism and those people get the perks A bit phoney- they try to foster a growth mentality, but in reality I feel like the management don't really have any managerial or self development experience No guarantee or stability to keep job (ie I saw A LOT of people get fired or leave) Most staff are not professionally trained in healthcare They are elitist- ie only hire people who looks are certain way or are in a certain demographic. I wouldn't work for them again

Horrible experience stemming from upper management & owners

Pros

The only pros that were present are now gone as most of the forward-thinking staff were left unheard and found better opportunities elsewhere.

Cons

- Fear of rats as there were over 20 in the warehouse - Absolutely no room for growth, managers will keep you where you are by doing mindless repetitive tasks - Direct managers are not on your side, they will take all credit to make themselves appeal to the owner - Nothing to learn as most of the upper managers do not know how to use excel nor have an education - You will not be paid even remotely close to industry averages - Proposals to better the company will not be considered and you will not be heard - Managers will berate you and call you names - Managers act as if they are doing important tasks, but are actually just browsing their phones - False promises of career advancements, wage increases, work from home options - Gossip across the entire toxic company, rooting from upper management - Everything must be taken with a grain of salt, managers will refute any past promises by twisting and cherry-picking their words/offers - Forced office culture, where rearrangements of desks and seating arrangements occurred often and obnoxious techno music was played for 5+ hours straight - Micromanagement even when tasks are elementary - Extremely high turnover - Managers always choose the options that further decline revenue due to a lack of experience - Air conditioners were never on to save costs even when temperatures hit above 30 degrees, warehouse and office became ovens

Rats and literal rats

Pros

A few awesome coworkers but they need to get out soon too!

Cons

- TOXIC culture. "speak up, get fired" -"Leadership" and the owners don't care about you or know what they're doing. - There's non-stop drama in every department. - Young people and immigrants, especially get taken advantage of and paid less. - Sexism is also very much present (boys club with no women in leadership). - Male managers will take credit for your hard work. - The owners are so cheap and have no concept of real life. - They won't invest in anything or anyone. Example, have to bring your own laptop. - The office space is disgusting and overcrowding. No sunlight. Rats everywhere! Brutally cold in the winter and scorching hot in the summer, as they don't want to pay for heat, air conditioning, or even fans. - Your mental health will suffer.
