The company culture at Vitech is non-existent, there are absolutely no cool events that encourage people to bond outside of the office or make them feel appreciated for their work. The office itself is extremely dull (the floor is really quiet/no talking unless you're in a meeting) The training process is also non-existent and the turnover rate is extremely high. If someone on your team leaves, good luck with the extra work.
Depending on what project you get put on, your work life balance will vary a lot. I've seen people who leave the office at 5 while others work well into the evening and weekend. Some teams will be expected to work weekends to get work done. Lack of mobility, it's not possible to get staffed unless onto another project unless management forces you.
If you're an analyst, you're going to be working on fixing new bugs every time a new product upgrade hits. The system itself has so many bugs and it's almost impossible to determine the root cause at times. The work can be extremely tedious and time consuming at times, you could be building out tens and hundreds of different test cases just to test something out.
