      Nice Talented people to work with, a good work culture.

      Cons

      It was not structured like an organization, a lot of important things were intentionally left out. Management preferred the client to the developer. Which sometimes was a horrible experience

      Cons

      Managers are very disrespectful. They give increments to only those who are their favorite but not on the basis of your hardwork. Too much politics and leg pulling.
