The people - an intelligent, friendly bunch of people who will go out of their way to help the new hires. The company operates a no blame culture so when things go wrong we learn from them rather than waste time pointing fingers.
Good Salaries - though in recent years no pay rises due to lack of profits.
No office politics. I worked here for 11 years and really enjoyed my time here.
Flexibility - despite being a small company they are open to flexible working though only if it does not adversely impact the business which is understandable.
Cons
Lack of formal training for some teams. Training is available though not necessarily the most useful or sought after courses/training providers. Would be good to encourage people to keep their professional qualifications up to date. Sometimes difficult to find time for training. But isn't that the case with a lotof small companies?
