Nice people overall. decent product for certain industries. Owned by Australian IT holding company, Senastas.
Cons
management does not know what its doing. this is a niche product. hired and then fired 50% of USA team in 2023 including former VP of Sales. Why? because revenue targets were never close to being met as product is a niche product, for niche industries, and the company has fruitlessly spent millions trying to make it a mainstream product
