Pros
Friendly people to work for...although at the end you realize its a bit of a front.
Cons
They are very shady/secretive/dis-honest in their desicion makings. For example they fired several of their employees (in Jan, 2018) without any notice (not even a 1 day notice) and without any good 'real' explanation or sympathy whatsoever. One employee was fired in the previous conditions after 5 years of work for them, saying that the company had finantial problems (this was a lie). Head managers are like dictators. Employees are scared of disagreeing with them. Voxy prouds themselves in saying they are people oriented. This is a very BIG lie. They are only interested in the money they can get off of their work. If this were true, they would notify with notice (at least 1 month) regarding their workers termination. Athough NYC law does not require this, it is human/basic respectfull principle to do so. They hire contractors to do the work of what employee could be doing, in order to not give them benefits and to fire them whenever the want.
