      Discount on car sharing service.

      Cons

      Terrible company with terrible values. The AI doesn’t actually exist. Completely manual. They screen customer based on background. Toxic management that micro manages and doesn’t know how to delegate. Avoid at all costs.

The atmosphere was vibrant, characterized by dynamic and friendly individuals.The company fostered a culture of happiness and enthusiasm among its employees, creating a sense of joy in working on the project. I particularly appreciated the close collaboration between the architecture, DevOps, and software teams, which contributed to a cohesive and efficient workflow.

      Despite the absence of profit sharing and the constant pressure of tight deadlines, the team comprised highly skilled individuals who were eager to contribute to the project's success. However, the relentless demand for rapid delivery of new features made it challenging for everyone to keep pace.
