Good benefits package and good corporate function support teams. Opportunities to move within business units in Grace for career progression

Cons

Cumbersome matrix management structure makes Grace slow to react to market. Over focus on shareholder return means that investment in the business is difficult to obtain

Big company and good products. That's about it at this organization. Poorly run company with a lot of potential if leadership is upgraded.

Cons

Horrible HR department and recruiters. No work life balance. Low pay (manufacturing side). Poor leadership at executive level. Don't follow through on their plans and goals. It's about who you know not what you do. If you are reading this and debating on working here...don't. You have been warned.
