-Internal functions of the company are very outdated -Hard to see opportunities of personal growth with the executive team's tunnel vision for the company.

Pros
Employees get paid but don’t do their jobs, they sit on their company computers all day and play games, chat, go on social media websites anything but what they were hired for. They need to put blocks on their computers and maybe they could actually get work done. The company pays for elaborate business trips its employees go on and places they go to that are inappropriate. They need to monitor the trips more closely and check the receipts turned in.
Cons
There really aren’t any because the employees think they can do whatever they want and get by with it.
