Small company, but with only few skilled workers.

Cons

The management is inexperienced and unprepared to perform the job they are paid for. The working environment is really unsafe, we had a lot of injured workers lately and no structured training is provided.

This company is small and the employees are easy to get along with, especially human resources. The level of ignorance within this company is amazing.

Cons

The business is small and has few employees and the general manager is cheap. Never give raises if it doesn't benefit him. The environment has no air conditioning for the warehouse employees and the water fountain has no cups The employees are easy to get along with especially human resources. t has an hour lunch break and that's all,no bonuses, The supervisor is cool but very unsafe and is a walking safety hazard to himself and anyone else that gets in his way.
