Pros
I’ve been with WAMS for a little over 6 months now and I’m very happy with my decision in joining them! I was welcomed by all employees and was provided with the training and tools necessary to do the job. WAMS management team is very supportive, and they appreciate the work-life balance which many Employers do not. If you are willing to work hard and honestly and deliver the very best to Clients, it is great place to work. The Support staff and Engineers are very knowledgeable, so you are constantly learning new things from both a technological and business perspective.
Cons
As with any Business, some customers can be challenging to deal with at times, but overall, the pros absolutely outweigh the cons. You are expected to Manage multiple Clients so being able to multi-task and manage various projects is a must, however the Management team will work with you and provide assistance if needed to ensure you do not fail and are successful as long as you are willing to put in the work and effort.
