      Great people to work along side, its a family type bond.

      Cons

      Management are sly as hell. I really don't appreciate them or the way they used to make me and the team feel. Always feel like your lucky to work their and your job is on the line even though the pay isnt great and you could get another job in 2 minutes.

      CEO is extremely aggressive Sales director has no direction Sales support is none existent Everyman for himself Unnecessary sales meetings every morning No data No sales processes in place Lack of communication from sales team No future within the business Language barriers lead to miss communications and understanding of prospects
