Pros
Very small company so it is easy to know people there, still has some market share
Cons
Very poor environment, physically the building is older than my grandparents, no windows, very depression. Mentally, most, 95% people's eyes are scary, none of them looks happy in their work. Some members of the management team are way off basic and normal ethic, blind of facts.
