      Pros

      The work we do is really important and our newsroom is filled with talented journalists and technical staff, plus union representation.

      Cons

      A lot of mismanagement from the top. There doesnt feel like there's a clear goal for the organization and the executive level feels like they're consistently at odds with the organized staff.
