      good learning experience, to learn fast as much as possible under pressure.

      Cons

      bad conditions, low salaries, bad leadership, no flexibility, violations of basic employee rights ( they pressure to work overtime, don't let have vacations for 8 months), bad and unprofessional hr, toxic environment, cases of discrimination against women, they lie on interviews painting better pictire of great opportunity, leadership has no clear business strategy.
