Pros
1. Great width of job scope for maximum exposure and learning 2. Good company to start with, to understand functions of various departments
Cons
1. Poor work-life balance 2. Poor compensation and benefits 3. Poor system of working, whereby scope of work frequently fall into grey areas of Roles and Responsibilities, and got pushed around. 4. Poor growth opportunities, whereby there weren't many chances for employees to go for trainings 5. Too many relative-relations in company 6. Poor senior management, who only knows how to demand, but not able to provide resources 7. Frequent business travel to Malacca to assist in the factory's operation is required, as said by COO. And employees will have to juggle both full workload of Singapore office and provision of assistance to Malacca factory. 8. High staff turnover rate, poor ability and capability to retain staff (Some good reviews here are requested to be written by Chairman, who is the Founder of the company)
