      If your only incentive is financial, there are money making opportunities here at the lower levels.

      Cons

      At Senior levels, a very toxic atmosphere with too many positions that believe they are more important than others. Too many leaders with their own agendas and if they believe you do not fit the plan, you are gone without notice. Watch your back.
