None except some nice colleagues here and there but will stab you in the back. - viper of snakes.
Cons
All you can think of that could be wrong with a FS company, from culture to processes. No respect for employees, will gaslight employees. Sky high employee attrition in all departments and at all levels.
One of the things I have noticed about any firm is that the people within it don't have any concept of how good they are, or any comparison mechanism to see how they fare against other businesses. This is a good business, where fundamentally people give Clients such a high level of service that we have Client retention rates that are really impressive. I have not been here through the full evolution of the business, but I am very impressed by both current processes and the vast majority of our people. I noticed that someone else entitled thier review "improving" which I have to agree with, but in comparison to other firms I have worked with, there is much more positive than negative in this business.
Cons
No one in the outside world beyond existing Clients seems to know about what we do. We need to spread the word more, raise the profile of the business and develop a book of younger Clients. The business is improving, but things need to happen faster. Like any business, there are some areas where more resource would help that push for growth
