Pros

- medium-sized company - no dress code - most co-workers like fishing and hunting -library on-site -book club -employee events -volunteer opportunities

Cons

-micro-management - must record every minute of work in ConnectWise -must post in Zoom chat every break you take -redundancy in dailly operations for reporting same tasks in multiple systems -managers violate company values in treating subordinates -asking questions and curious professional mind are not welcome -everyone is expected to do just what one is told without questioning -subordinates are expected to take the blame for managers -managers have impunity, even when they are incompetent -managers fire people for not wanting to work the night shift midnight - to 8am -presence of various legacy systems in a tech company -stagnant environment for career advancement -Charles Nichols - NMC Manager since August 2024 - former manager at AT&T - brought toxic atmosphere from AT&T - he fired a number of people at AT&T in call centers - now co-workers stopped even greeting each other -fear culture - co-workers report on one another, being afraid that someone will report them first

A good spot to start your career.

Cons

Lack of growth. Management takes it personally when people leave. There isn't a reason to leave on good terms. They will be petty about it.
