Pros
- Big company for Bulgaria, an opportunity to kick start your career in the industry - My colleagues in the team were great to work with - The projects vary and depending on your specialisation, you can work on really cool things.
Cons
- Bad management and lack of clear communication between departments - Payment is lower than other local companies. There were delays in salaries for a year and people got laid-off unexpectedly soon after. - Almost no social benefits, I worked there for 3 years and we never had a real team building experience. I didn't know most of my colleagues.
