      Don't work here, Wagento is not Wagento anymore

      Pros

      You will learn how good are you working under pressure, with an understaffed team and micromanaged.

      Cons

      The projects get done by miracles, sales team sales projects the technical team has no knowledge on how to do them, there are few senior developers so issues that require knowledge are hard to overcome for the lack of experience. Leadership team is overwhelmed and underprepared. The CEO likes to micromanage, ignore the issues, threaten employees and does not value people, to him the employees are just a number.
