      Pros

      Floor workers are great to work with. Hours of operation are good and pay is pretty good for the area.

      Cons

      Manufacturing engineer management has nothing good to say about all other departments and all department workers are very difficult to work with.

      The greatest asset of Walbro is the people that work here. We have great people, talented and smart.
