      Pros

      Fun colleagues.... Helpful team. Feels like a great place to work. A lot of toxicity left the building.

      Cons

      Some colleagues are able to blame their failures on others without being called out. This is infrequent though

      Pros

      - Great colleagues and really good work environment, especially in the UK office where I was based. - Supported career progression, I personally had multiple promotions during my time at WalkMe that were sponsored by the EMEA leadership team. - The highs were high and WalkMe knows how to celebrate! - Good product and leader in its space, as highlighted by SAP’s intent to acquire. - Senior leadership very accessibile.

      Cons

      - Not perfect and change is constant, but this is the norm at a company that has seen growth rates like WalkMe.

      Great place! Created and leads the (DAP) category but it's not for everyone

      Pros

      - WalkMe is a very fast moving place where employees need to be willing to pivot quickly and fight for their corners, all the time. This requires a mind-set that not everyone has and therefore WalkMe isn't for everyone. - Category (DAP) creator & leader - Lot of momentum around the DAP category (SAP acquisition intent) - Generally great people to work with (honestly, the best!) - Autonomous work environment that stimulates people to propose innovative solutions to problems - Opps to grow internally if you're willing to stick your neck out - Competitive pay and package - Generally fun culture

      Cons

      - Toxic leadership in certain pockets that harms the culture, trust and ability for WalkMe to grow up - There can be a need to always re-invent the wheel which can cause frustration and busy work
