Pros

The company culture is generally not more laid-back compared to big players on the street, and remote work is permitted.

Cons

The company experiences a huge turnover rate, characterized by rapid hiring and termination cycles. Intellectual property gets tricky , particularly if your strategy is systematic. Additionally, the individual in a critical role can have unlimited power, potentially leveraging it in ways beneficial to their career.

Pros

Bonus, in case you get one

Cons

Disorganized. Chaotic senior management decisions. Family and relatives given roles at the fund. Bizarre. In 12 months went from 250 to 350 globally, while the fund returned below avg for the industry in 2023. Total lack of vision, and seemingly expertise at senior level management.
