Pros

The product which is available to sell is good, and the service on semi specials is great actually.

Cons

Management is extremely poor, the sales manager I worked under openly accused me of being autistic and said he had to treat me differently because I didn't agree with his level of micromanaging. Yes the product is great compared to the competition but there is no flexibility either to leverage opportunities. The interview process sold a dream but in reality this is far from the truth. The red flag for myself should of been that there were multiple hires for my role within the previous 12 months that left on their own accord. The colleagues were great but management is seriously lacking on all levels.... Hence the high turn over of staff consistently. The level of CRM and also the replication of this information across multiple Excel files really impacts your working week. A 5 day working week easily consists of 2-2.5 days of paperwork which is replicated multiple times, again leading to a less effective workforce. Opportunities are limited due to the narrow structure.

Pros

Benefits were competitive. People were like family. Decent salary.

Cons

The last several years have shown that Management has lost its grip on the employees. Several long term people have left, sales is in constant turnover, Management does not lead by example, employees at office are extremely overworked, morale has deteriorated, and employees are scared to voice opinions. President is rarely in the office and anarchy ensues. No growth opportunities.
