      Pros

      Nice culture, relatively flat hierarchy, regular senior team exposure. Management actively work to improve the experience of the delivery team based on feedback.

      Cons

      Larger presence in France, less brand recognition than rival consultancies in the UK.

      Lovely people, clear mission, decent benefits, and some interesting accounts/projects depending on which part of the business you’re in

      Cons

      most likely due to growth and the new scale but there’s a bit of a divide between new verticals /practises Social scene has dropped off a bit recently. Lost of junior members of the team with lots of energy. could do with more training
