      Pros

      Great opportunities to learn new skills. Great colleagues and opportunities to team build. Good line management. Remote/flexi work options + ability to travel. International experience and networking opportunities. Decent pay and bonus scheme.

      Cons

      Senior management and stakeholders unclear of the direction they actually wish to go in, resulting in numerous last minute changes to strategy and execution. Very political at the top which causes issues to trickle down internally. Stressful and end up juggling too many things at once with little to no reward or recognition.

      WeRoad is a super exciting and dynamic place to work. The ambition of the company is off the scale and everyone is dedicated to delivering on the company's potential. The environment is stretching but very supportive, underpinned by a desire for people to enjoy themselves at work.

      Cons

      While the pace of change is a benefit, it can also be a challenge - it's important to be resilient to change and to be prepared to be flexible and adaptable to best serve the needs of the business.

      - Flexible working - Great UK management - Opportunity to help integrate new systems and processes. - Autonomy in your own work. - Travel opportunity to Italy and beyond.

      Cons

      - Sometimes feel disconnected from HQ in Milan. - Being a start up it can be intense but that's a given. - If you're willing to work hard and take things in your stride and get involved in the community - it's a great job.
