      Together we are electric!

      Pros

      Good basic salary (much better than dealerships), home working and Monday to Friday working hours as most of our enquiries are from business customers.

      Cons

      Shortage of new car stock and long lead times means that there's a delay in getting commission bonuses paid (as we're paid on delivery), but it's the same everywhere at the moment. Don't get to meet other team members very often, as they're spread across the country now.

      Pros

      WeVee is in a mission to help clean up our environment and help people change to electric cars. The service is 5* and they have great customer reviews to prove it. They are poised to disrupt the market now that they have raised more money. The CEO and management team worked with an external HR advisor earlier in the year (BTW, you should bring Natalia back) and are now listening to their employees and making improvements much faster. Finally, they appear to be on the right track - and I wish them every success.

      Cons

      The handful of sales people (and ex-sales people) that stirred up negativity on WhatsApp (and still do - even thought they left the business months ago!) poisoned the minds of many good people. There are some great team members that just want to get on and succeed with the business. The mudslingers should just move on with their lives. Pathetic.
