      Pros

      Nice place to work, flexible working. Good employee benefits.

      Cons

      No opportunities to grow whatsoever. Many promises which never come to fruition. Certain people in management extremely unprofessional, and there's very much a policy of "do as I say not as I do." Huge gap between how much people earn. Currently too many mid-level executives.

      Pros

      I guess the recent negative posters are disgruntled leavers, but their views do not reflect what the majority of employees here think and feel. The company was poorly run previously but over the last few years has been on a positive trajectory with lots of improvements and many more opportunities. Great entrepreneurial drive, plenty of room to make your mark, exciting sector and amazing client list.

      Cons

      It’s still a relatively young company (7 or 8 years old) so not everything is perfect yet, but they are trying.
