Pros

There are absolutely no pros.

Cons

Lied to get me on board. Lied throughout my tenure. Lied about a promotion (I in fact got laid off instead of promoted). Senior management do not give a toss about anyone. Apparently they even lied to my coworkers about why I was no longer with the company (apparently I had found a new job and handed my notice in, which explains why I then struggled for several months unemployed!). Toxic company, toxic environment. Avoid like the plague

Pros

The product and solutions offered are fantastic as are the data scientists, client and professional services

Cons

Lack of proper, training, testing of knowledge, there was a guy who started from the UK he must have had a day to learn. Unrealistic sales targets, how can you be on target in 2/3 months!! in the last 6 months I would say 40 people gone. 2 CRO ( 1 last 4 months), 1CMO 1 HR Director, professional services staff, sales people other lead generation staff and marketing staff. As other reviews have said its a toxic environment. If your on or above target your safe, but new staff need time think and build allow 12/18 months.

Pros

I liked most of my co-workers..

Cons

ENGINEERS, DO NOT TAKE A JOB HERE. Why? Insane deadlines to push out new code and no thought to fixing existing problems. But there is plenty of time to get yelled at when something breaks. The office is toxic. If you take advantage of their work from home policy to escape it then management starts to wonder if you are really working. I saw that happen to more than one person. There's also a decent chance that your job will get shipped overseas. My advice, find a tech company that you loathe (Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, whatever) and get a job there. You will be happier than working at WealthEngine.
