Benefits are fairly good, but change from year to year. Was a fairly stable company till the last couple of years, might be again. Pretty clean for a car parts factory.
Cons
Senior Management treats employees like children. You can get written up for chewing gum. Lower level "salaried" employees have to clock in and out, probably so senior management can track all the free overtime. Female employees are paid seventy five cents on the dollar and have few opportunities for advancement. Senior management has very little respect for hourly employees. Hourly workforce is primarily older women, senior management is all male.
