      The pay is the most I've ever received

      Cons

      The senior leadership bicker with each other and don't seem to have a clear consensus on the direction of this company. They make short sighted decisions or say yes to sales that don't yield much revenue, and then wonder why we can't reach our annual revenue goals.

      Free popcorn That's bout it.... RTE Business Sold To Hershey Salty Snacks.

      Cons

      Zero communication from management. Procedures change sometimes by shift let alone daily. Warehouse is pitted against production constantly. No career growth or opportunities for even a pay raise.
