      Was a great company until founder died

      The starting wage is above average

      Cons

      Since the founder past away on 2018, it's been going down hill. Resources are not allocated equally. There was no hazard pay for Covid. Every thing that made this place feel employee owned, has been taken. It's just another place, one I intend to leave behind soon.

      Some co workers are nice

      Cons

      A company full of lies. management and HR doesn't have a clue on how to run the company. Management lies all the time with broken promises. Very low paying job and raises are hard to come by
