Everything? The environment is open and welcoming. The culture is open and welcoming. I don't know about other locations, but The Woodlands location has people who engage with one another like family. The C-suite doesn't look down on the "workers." They embrace them. Talk to them like people and are warm and welcoming. The company encourages their employees to learn and grow. They WANT their employees to become better versions of themselves. No one is blocking your path up the ladder. They light it up so you can follow a path to your own growth.
Cons
It's a drive to get to the office. Though, that's not webber's fault.

You learn as you go out in the jobsite and from foreman. You get a new company vehicle and gas card which is a plus, but strict on using vehicle outside of work.
Cons
Little to no work being done in the office since you are considered field engineer. The company is heading a different direction ever since they were bought by a spanish company. Different culture overall, lack of diversity. There is a big gap in communication in office setting, its all about supporting your own kind. There is little to no advancement within the company. Expect to work long hours Monday through Friday.
