Weber, a land of misfits and corporate version of a "hot mess". Once strong, now in final stage of life.

6yThank you for your feedback. Everyone's voice counts. All employees are encouraged to address concerns with any member of our HR department or management team. We would strongly encourage and expect anyone feeling this strongly to do so. Our goal is to ensure all employees are heard, are productive and rewarded. We hold quarterly town hall meetings to ensure all employees understand the state of the business; how each employees' role is aligned to the end goal; employee rewards and to announce quarterly bonuses. We have a fantastic benefit plan (rates haven't increased this year), plenty of perks, and a wonderful culture. I sincerely hope this employee has brought his/her concerns forward so that we can address and move forward.
