Toxic environment, unprofessional, rude and arrogant colleagues, bad management. Also lack of vision, structure and leadership from the management team. Stay away from this soul destroying organisation if you can they will use and abuse you until it benefits them and then make up lies and excuses about your performance instead of owning up to their mistakes. Zero training and not open to change and ideas, blind leading the blind. The staff are like soulless robots who do not know how to interact and socialise with people. Very nice to your face but sly and snakey behind your back possibly due to insecurity of new hires which reflects upon the type of organisation it is and the quality of candidates they hire. This organisation claims they are open to diversity and inclusion yet very discriminatory towards certain cultures and religions. Please do not waste your time!!

You don’t have to go in the office.

Cons

Terrible management. Huge turnover where the HR team don’t care. Some people would never have succeed anywhere else so stay focused on their empire. Ask them about the stupid move. If I could put zero stars I would. Avoid.
