      Pros

      The product is on a steep upward trajectory, leaderships is laser focused in the right areas and the culture unlocks people to do their best work. Well done on creating such a structured and challenging onboarding process, for making it human as well as involving so many chances to level up in AI skills.

      Cons

      The pace is fast so if that is a challenge this won't be the place for you but if you like pushing yourself and raising the bar with other great thinkers you are going to thrive here.

      Pros

      Webflow offers huge growth potential in EMEA and the chance to shape the go-to-market strategy from the ground up. It’s a great fit for entrepreneurial salespeople who thrive in early-stage environments and want to help build awareness for an innovative product with strong market fit. The company also invests in its people through a comprehensive onboarding Bootcamp and an annual company kickoff in the U.S., which helps strengthen culture and connection across teams.

      Cons

      Webflow remains product-led, which can make it surprisingly challenging for experienced sales professionals to sell the Enterprise product compared to the more affordable self-serve plans. The company is still building its enterprise sales motion, and Salesforce data and setup are not yet fully optimized, which can make processes less efficient than expected.
