Pros

If you are a fresher, you can join to gain some experience. However, if you are experienced, I would not recommend this company. The management is toxic. The senior management remains the same, but the people working under them keep changing because blame is often pushed onto junior employees to protect those at the top. If you want to survive, you need to stay on the good side of management. Then you will be safe, even if you do not know much. They will market you as if you are Tony Stark, and other team members will think the company has hired a genius. Meanwhile, the people who are actually talented have either already left the company or were forced out to protect those who spend more time pleasing management than doing real work.

Cons

Job security is almost non-existent. You can be fired at any time if your manager gives you a poor review, even when the manager has little understanding of the actual work being done. Decisions often seem driven by favoritism and office politics rather than merit. The company appears to be in decline, and its future does not look promising. High-performing employees are frequently overloaded with multiple projects and unrealistic expectations, while those who stay close to senior management often receive better treatment regardless of their contribution. If you are good at your job, expect more work and more pressure. If you are good at pleasing upper management, your position may be much safer. The HR department often seems to follow management's direction rather than acting as an independent support system for employees. Internal politics appear to influence many decisions, and merit is not always the primary factor in career growth. If you have no other option, you can join the company to gain experience and continue your job search. Many employees have left within a very short period, ranging from a single day to a few months after joining. My advice would be to keep searching for better opportunities while you are there and make a switch as soon as a suitable opportunity comes along.

Pros

No Pros absolutely pathetic company.

Cons

They ask you to leave your current job and Join the company and at the time of joining they'll give the offer letter. I did and lost my previous job. Don't join this company. The HR's don't know what they're hiring. They just hire and give you false commitments while joining process and don't fullfill the same later when you join. Be Aware of this pathetic organization.
