Pros
There is no pros about any dept. webmyne is very bad company. especially SEO dept is bad. there is work like jail and no communication is done through out 10 hrs. you communicate with TL and Project coordinator only in mail. they have no extra knowledge about new things in seo. no growth in seo. no new strategy is applied. only old work do and setting hrs. with silent mood. Not live your personal life successfully. Work like labour. If any new emp. is joined to webmyne then request you to plz dont joined it. It spoils your life , your mind, and your career.
Cons
No meetings about new things. they follow their old strategy. if management give you monthly leave(official leave), then the vp has problem. why u take leave on this day and this day.. bla bla bla.. If TL and PC or VP take leave on any day then they have no problem. but if emp take a leave then you (emp.) have decided that they want to live here or leave from here. SEO dept is worst dept in webmyne. All are small minded like childrens. if this is remain same situation in future, then emp. have asked for going to toilet also to VP.(Like school) . they doing partiality with sr. and if some of are their relatives. In webmyne only politics played very well.
