Managers are very low quality. Because of poor management, both senior and junior developers suffer a lot. Disrespect is common, and even if you grow and work hard, you still feel unhappy and unsatisfied. Developers are blamed for project delays even when tasks were never assigned properly. Everything is random and badly managed. Even if you complain to senior leadership, they will usually blame you instead of fixing the problem. The environment is very toxic. You can do 100 good things, but one small mistake and they will treat you like a liability. Managers will try to make it seem like they are the reason you gained skills, but in reality most developers learn and grow on their own. Be very careful. The culture here is toxic, arrogant, and disrespectful.
