Management - incompetent unprofessionals with skills that aren't fine tuned given their role, yet are knowledgeable. They have no clear direction on where they are taking the Co next. What lies in it for the Org and its growth. They have been bending over their back to please their clients. Now it is too late for them to know how to maintain professionalism and really lead an organization and have clients that back this Co. Lot of Clients smelled their lack of standards and pulled back.
Managers - This group has failed to level up their skills and grow, partly the reason why the org hasn't grown either. Very much in their comfort zone, they know whom to please and what to say when to say, they are here to stay and make sure you are judged. Loyalists that every Co depends upon.
Culture - They have a practice to address the managers and management members with family relations, however that is another added facade. Non existent work life balance. Talk about selling open culture and exploiting it in the name of 'Oh but we don't track time, we are open' and then using the same to extract 3 times the work for 1/3rd the pay
People are only working for the org because they provide permanent WFH, they are fed up themselves and realize that they only have to please the right people and they'll keep going. Watch out you'll also turn into loyalists in comfort zone
Selling inefficiency and not focusing on a market. They say - if you try to sell to everyone you sell to no one. Classic case with this Co. They have no focus and try to eat it all in a bite. They only suffer with inefficient choices they make passing on their suffering to employees.
A lot of undeserving people who know nothing to a bare minimum, climb the ladders and make rules they have no idea of knowledge of.
Over all a bunch of people who know nothing, have to sense of direction, have no worth revenue generating knowledge, have no skills to lead a Co of 200-300, speak of delivering world class products!
Good luck working here (y)
