      Drifting all over the place

      Pros

      Some great team players amongst the staff who are loyal to the business and want to make it work. There is a good sense amongst the workers of how the technology can succeed in the market place and how it stands up against the competition.

      Cons

      The management, seriously! It is stagnant and going no where. How can a business like this have taken such a huge nose dive several years back and still be falling? The business never listens to its employees and it would seem that the leaders actually don't care and are just fluffing around and doing very little. The loyalty at the bottom is not reciprocated at the top.

      Pros

      - If you're ambitious, the amount of opportunity is limitless. - Most people/management are open to new ideas. This creates a creative, entrepreneurial environment - Some incredibly smart, talented people work at Webroot and it is energizing to work alongside this level of talent. - Great flexibility. - Global company (key experience building for me)

      Cons

      The company (and its employees) are doing a lot. Some high-level focus would benefit the entire organization.

That’s why we’ve added an Operations team, a GRC team, an Analytics team, and a PMO. We’ve got a lot of smart people on the challenge and we’re making good progress.
