Pretty casual atmosphere, and lots of times I was alone in the building during the last 1/2 of my shift.
They were OK about me using my few days of PTO.
As a tech support guy, I had some leeway to prioritize my work and to selectively ignore, up to a point, problem customers.
Cons
Management was based in CA, so one's options for impressing them were limited to email.
The senior person located in our office was difficult to get along with, so if you were unable to ignore him, you were out of luck.
