Only the incentive structure is good and the owner of the company is good.
Cons
First and the most important point is if you are a girl then this is a worst option to work in this company as coz the trainer the colleagues even the old people are mannerless and shameless they'll only ask you to go with them for parties, drinking alcohol for night stays and alot of things. 2ndly the shift timing is for 10hrs with only 1 hr of break and that to is not upto you they will dicide that when will you go for break apart from this they don't have fixed weekends they will allocate you and tell you when will they give you your roaster and their cut the daily cash incentives if you are late for just 1 min and alot of cons are there but if you are a girl please sister I'll suggest you not to work over here.
