      1. Good growth along with excellent exposure to overseas market. Work life balance is good with emphasis on employee development. 2. Company engages every employee to get trained new tools and technologies.

      1- Salary on Time 2- Some projects are good. 3- If you have good knowledge then you can work smoothly. No work pressure. 4- Not need to work on Holidays. 5- Company is on good place. 6- Colleagues are good. 7- Owner (Atin Kapoor) is very good person.

      Cons

      1- Higher management and project managers are very egoistic. 2- Canteen facility is not available. 3- No salary for remaining leave after regisnation. 4- Company give low salary appraisal. 5- No basic facilities like Medical Insurance and PF. 6- Company -NOT provide any technical training .
