      HR, worst. No degree, people with no idea what the manufacturing world consists of. No benefits , people always fighting and no parking .

      -the only pro is the fact that you are getting paid

      -stressful work environment that is very fast paced -no clear instructing and no training at all -you get thrown in and have to learn on the spot
