Job security, policy changes often, low pay, newer management isn’t always competent and lacks experience. Too many managers aren’t understanding of geographic locations and make decisions without understanding what will work as they are not familiar and live out of state.

No room for growth or salary increase

Sima made it a "America first" company which resulted in a "America only" company which in return resulted in catastrophic working climate. People were laid off on a weekly, or at least, monthly basic, and you never knew when your last day would be.

They hire remote staff for middle management who are supposed to take care of real estate locations who know nothing about the areas or locations since they are working remote. Communication is terrible or maybe middle management is to busy or even forget to tell staff that their location is closing.

Management is uncaring. No benefits

The only con that accompanied my time here was the fact that I was laid off. The company was not making enough money and so cuts had to be made. The team that I worked with was fantastic though.

Lack of communication from corporate, corporate claims transparency but there is none, terrible pay for the job we are doing, expect to drive 40-50 miles to a workshop with no compensation for travel.
